Q.1 Do you ship worldwide?

A- Yes we do ship worldwide through DHL.

Q.2 Do I have to pay for shipping?

A- International: Yes the Shipping charges has to be paid , Duties and Taxes as applicable are to be paid to the shipping company at the time of the delivery.

Q.3 When should I expect to receive my order?

A- It will take 8-10 business days. Once the order has been dispatched the guest would receive an E-mail with tracking information.

Q.4 What payment methods do you accept?

A- We accept payments through all major credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal.

Q.5 Are the colors on your website accurate?

A- The images displayed on our site have fairly accurate color depictions.

Q.6 What is your return policy?

A-Our return policies is as follows:
1. 30 days for non-defective piece.
2. 7 days for defective piece.
3. 4 days for claims on shortages or missing items.
Only returns or claims made prior to these respective time periods will be review.

Q.7 Do you make custom rugs?

A- Yes it is possible to make a custom rug. We could follow any color, design and quality in such cases. You can mail your requirement at channicarpets@gmail.com
B- You can inquire for custom sizes from our existing range.

Q.8 Do the rugs come with a warranty?

A- Yes. Every rug comes with warranty depending on the quality of the carpet.

Q.9 My order arrived damaged or I received the wrong item.

A- We are so sorry for the issue you are experiencing with your order. We want to take care of this for you right away! If your item(s) arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item(s) please email at channicarpets@gmail.com providing your order number, item name and an image of the issue. The matter would be resolved immediately.

Q.10 How can I make a change in my order or cancel my order?

A- Any change or cancellation is only possible if the information is received before the order gets dispatched. There would not be any changes in the custom made rugs.

Q.12 Is there any showroom I can visit?

Yes, definitely. We have showroom in India: Jaipur (Rajasthan)

Q.13 What is the status of my order?

A- You can find your order number directly on your order confirmation email, from there you can track your order.

Q.14 Is rug pad advisable to put under the carpet?

A- Yes, the same can be source locally as shipping cost would make it expensive if send from India.
